- Technical Assistance +$50/hr
Included in your rental for free is troubleshooting if something isn’t working properly. Technical assistance allows an individual to be available to help in showing how to use certain pieces of equipment, and any technical needs that may arise during your production. While they may not always be present in the studio itself, they will be on location and readily accessible to ensure your shoot runs smoothly.

The dedicated technician is a professional who will be on hand throughout your session to assist with every aspect of your production, from setting up and managing equipment to troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. By taking care of the technical side of things, our experienced technician allows you to focus on your creative vision and ensures a smooth, efficient shoot. We can ensure high-quality content creation. No need to worry about the hassle of handling intricate equipment yourself. This service adds a layer of expertise and convenience to your studio rental experience.

Our studio offers ample parking, including spots just a few feet from the front door for convenient unloading.
Lighting
Our film studio is a completely dark room control for full control over lighting for your production. This setup allows for precise and creative lighting adjustments to achieve your desired visual effects.
Sound
Our film studio is equipped with sound-dampening features that significantly reduce ambient noise, ensuring a quiet environment suitable for video production. While not entirely soundproof, the room is well-insulated to minimize disruptions and maintain clear audio.
Space Access
The film studio entrance is conveniently located just a few feet from the facility’s front entrance. It features a standard 36 x 84 door for easy access.
Electrical
Our film studio is equipped with ten 120V outlets, conveniently distributed throughout the space for easy access. This ensures ample power availability for all your lighting, sound, and production equipment needs.
Security
Our film studio is equipped with a keypad lock for secure access, ensuring only authorized personnel can enter. Additionally, security cameras in both the common area and film studio provide continuous monitoring to safeguard equipment.
